I liked the way I was treated from the day I came in for the estimate, again on the day I brought the car in for the repairs, conversations on the phone, and especially when I picked up my car. Ed took me out to look over the repairs and assured me that if I have any questions I can call him or bring the car in and Gerber will find a way to satisfy my concerns. Excellent!

I am very satisfied. My Wife's car looks like new again.Not only did they repair the damage they also took care of some of the other scratches nicks and dents ALL for a very reasonable Price .The staff are great I dealt with AndiMolina and John Siggerud they were very helpful. John even found money in my car and returned it to me and of course my darling Wife left her purse in the waiting room which they secured and returned to me. This is the second time my car or I should say my Wife's car has had collision repair done by Gerber. What more can I say I know the car will probably be damaged again ( My Wife parks the car by the Niles Fitness center) so I'LL just hope for the best and take the car back to Gerber for repairs so my Darling Wife will be Happy so I can be Happy

I want to take this time to commend on the job and the hard work that Mr. Pennella performed in getting my car repaired as well as staying in communication with me while I awaited the repair of my car. The repair of my car took longer than necessary because the insurance comapny wanted to declare the car a total loss. However, after convising the insurance company that the car did not need to be totaled out, they back tracked and decided to allow the car to be repaired. It was during this time that Mr. Pennella stayed in contact with me and kept me abreast of everything from what was damaged to when the repairs would be done. He also contacted with me to report that he wanted to keep the car over the eekend of Jul 22, 2011 to test the car in order to make sure everything was working properly. I hit a deer with my Mustang GT. The damage was pretty bad to the front end. Pete Desmarais and the team at Gerber had my car in the shop within a week and completed the job a few days later.. I was very happy with the job they did. Any problems that did come up Pete took care of them quick and seamless. Great Job! My car looks like new again. I would use your services again if i need repair.
