I very much appreciated that the staff (David) stayed in contact with me every step of the way and let me know how the work was progressing. Even when there were unexpected challenges, they were honest about it and let me know what to expect. Very good customers relations!

Manager Jeff was very nice and helpful in the situation. He was very efficient and did not take time to fix the car. Carlo, the mechanic, was also very helpful and made the process much quicker. Overall, I was pleased by the service and recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to anyone needing auto repair. Thanks.

It is very unsettling to have an accident and to go through the process of getting repairs but I had a very good experience. I am in general a very sensitive person and easily upset, the people at this store were so kind and supportive that I found the experience easy and reassuring.
