Caught me by surprise that I needed to make a testimonial. I've always used Gerber and have been pleased; hoping this time is no different.

We have been customers of Gerber for many years. The quality of their work is always outstanding and in the case where insurance is not involved, they are very reasonable. We would have not problem in recommending them for auto repair.

I could not have asked for a better experience as a customer of Gerber. Joe and his crew were more than helpful with my repairs and could have not been more professional and courteous. They went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the repairs to my car and I would strongly recommend Gerber on Halsted to anyone needing collision repair.

Good communicaion regarding changes to timeline. Was willnig to make car available to us over the weekend between finishing the work and needing to take it to dealer for alignment of headlights. Offered to buff a scratch on our 2nd car (which wasn't the car in for service).
