The work was flawless, as it had been in the past. The repair took longer than expected, but I was kept informed about the problems and progress, which I appreciated. I hope not to see Gerber often (if at all), but if I need body or glass repair, I will certainly be back.

What a TERRIFIC experience. From the on-line applointment scheduling, the initial meeting and estimate with Marci M., and the precise and on-time completion of the job....it was an A+++++ experience. The repair looks fantastic and was estimated at about 35% less than next closest estimate. Not only that....it was completed for the exact amount of the estimate....no surprises! "Dear Mr. O'Day, I am writing you to give your organization, in particular the Route 59 Naperville location a review. I recently had some minor repair work on my 2006 Escalade completed by Gerber. In fact, i just picked up my automobile a few minutes ago. I'll start out by saying that Jeff at this location was courteous and attentive to my repair issues. Jeff quoted 2-3 days for the repair work to be completed, and true to his word, my car was ready for pick up on the 3rd day. Additionally, the work performed on my hood and front bumper was extremely well done! More importantly, there was a little issue with my vehicle and how it was stored during a rain storm on Aug. 23rd. I brought this to Bob and Jeff's attention, and not only did they calm me down, they listened, and showed sincere appreciation for my concern. That is something ... that is so rare these days by the way. Bob immediately took action and rectified the issue to my satisfaction. Bob resolved this minor issue, and his and Jeff's handling of the situation was extraordinary. Upon my arrival to pick up my car on Aug. 24th, i found my car to be clean and parked right up front. I went into pay for the services, and was informed that Bob had performed some additional minor work on the "fenders" of my Escalade at no additional charge. That was a pleasant surprise, and much appreciated. Bob did not have to do this, but the fact that he did it, without making a big fuss about it was just absolutely uncommon. This is the 2nd time i have entrusted my Escalade to Gerber for repair work. I am once again, very, very pleased with the quality of workmanship, and more importantly the customer service from the entire office and its staff. I hope you will recognize the great service that Bob, Jeff and the entire crew at the Route 59 Naperville Location performed. I was sent to Gerber in Elmhurst by my insurance company. I have not been to a body shop in over fifteen years. My last experiance at a body shop was not pleasant. I was met by Sam Delegge. Sam did a very good job of explaining to me what was needed to repair my car. Sam ensured me that my car would be treated very well by his shop. Sam was very professional and courteous. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wnats to have the car repaired and not have to worry about it.
