My SUV had dent on the rear bumber, I had a very high estimate from another service center, where as Gerber took care of it for absolutly free. I have never had any service for my SUV for free till now...still can not believe it. I really appreciate their service and bumber was fixed perfectly. I like friendliness of the staff at this location. once again Thank you very much.

Gary was my service technician. He's great. He recognized me from previous times that I've been in the shop. Also, we had minor scratches on our Toyota 4Runner, and they appeared to require buffing out. Gary immediately took the truck to the shop and within 15 minutes, my husband's beloved truck was void of its scratches. Thanks to Gary, my husband will be a happy guy once again! Thanks.

I went to Gerber because I had been there before when a car hit my bumper and their insurance company repaired my car. I got such excellent service there that I decided to go back after someone hit my car. When I arrived I had the front bumper in my car. Someone had ripped it off. The sales person and a mechanic immediately found a way to reattach my bumper so that I could drive the car while they ordered a new bumper and parts for me. Then I was called when my new bumper arrived and they attached and painted it and all of the parts and in only 3 days I went back to pick up my car. The service was excellent and my car lookded great. Everything was explained to me. Also there is a car rental agency on the premisies which made everything so easy for me. I am so pleased. I can't say enough great things about the experience I had with your staff at this location! I've had work done at other body shops before, but the level of professionalism, attention to detail and the end results are unmatched anywhere. The GM was even courteous enough to go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was happy with the results I got. He was constantly in communication with me, and I seriously felt like I was a VIP. Being a business owner myself, I am a stickler for great results and exceptional customer service. You all clearly do both very well. I will be recommending you to all of my family, friends and clients. Gerber was very fast an efficient and they kept me updated on the status of my car. One worker offered to stay late to see if my car could get finished quicker.Also, they are very thorough! Had they not done one last sweep over my car, I would've been driving on a damaged axel! Thank you Gerber.

Have never had such professional car with an auto shop. James Heitzman and Sam Miller treated me with utmost respect in regards to the work my car needed. Explained what they could do and exactly how long it would take!! They even drove me to my home while they did the work. I hope I never need body work again, but if I do, no doubt I would return there!!

We just pulled in one afternoon to an estimate and Jennifer came out very promptly, professionaly made the estimate, listened to our story good naturedly with a smile. After making arrangements to get the work done she greeted me at drop of and was there at pick up. She's a keeper. Having a dependable, friendly, professional gal like her on staff is a definite plus for all. And my car looks fabulous so kudo's all around, shop folks, receptionist, it was all good.

Once again from the moment I walked in I had exceptional service. Nobody ever wantsto have to visit a collision repair shop,but this one is worth it if you have to. Jim was extremely professional and helpful in helping me take the steps to have my car fixed. Before I knew it my car was ready to be picked up. They were professional fast and my car came back looking cleaner and more beautiful than I left it. Once again I am pleased and would not hesitate at all to recommend them for auto repair needs.
