Gerber did an outstanding job of repairing the deep scratch on my wife's car, and then went above and beyond and delivered the car to our home because my wife had just had surgery and couldn't drive. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. I would definitely use Gerber again.

Jennifer and the lady at the front desk were wonderful, they arranged for the rental car and called the rental car company to come and get me. Very professional and customer service oreintated. Car was repairedin the amount of time they said it was going to be. They went over the care tips with me and asked if I had any questions. When I picked up the car it was perfect, tires detailed, car washed, and the insided vacuumed. I will definately recommend the Elgin location to everyone I know

To an older person any type of a mishap can be upsetting. Your people made it smooth and easy. They called me to give me up-dates on the repairs. They finished before the estimated time and the car was returned looking better than it has looked for a long time. Thank you for your care, concern and service
