After getting rear-ended two weeks ago, I decided to get my car repaired by Gerber Collision, near my home in Skokie (and based on a recommendation from GMAC Insurance). From the initial phone call to the completed repairs, the customer service was outstanding. Within a minute of arriving at Gerber, David Martinez promptly introduced himself and estimated the damage, walking me through the entire process. He called me several times during the week for status updates and returned the car right on schedule, and in immaculate condition. This was my fifth experience with auto body repair and by far the best. The receptionists, David and the repair crew helped turn an unfortunate situation into a great one for me. Thank you!

Frank was great. You covered my rental fo rthe first five days. Frank would call with updates every couple of days. My truck looks brand new. And the work was done 3 days early. I was more that happy with the people and the workmanship done.

Having about 10 different car experienced in my lifetime, I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had. Bob provided a fair estimate for repairs to the car and an accurate time table. I liked the fact that every Tuesday and Thursday they would proactivly make update calls for the timetable for the repairs. Jeff even attempted to buff out a scratch on my other car while I was waiting at no additional cost. Everyone at the shop was very respectful and jovial making this a positive experience. Thank you for the good work.

USUALLY MOST E-MAILS TO COMPANIES ARE NEGATIVE, YOU NEED A COMPLIMENT ONCE IN AWHILE. MY EXPERIENCE WITH GERBER HAS BEEN A PLEASURE, THE WORK YOU DO ON A CAR IS PERFECT AND THE PEOPLE ASSOCIATED WITH GERBER ARE GREAT. IN PARTICULAR, PETER SADAISKI, WHO HANDLED MY CASE, WAS PERFECT! Estimator David Martinez and the Skokie office did an EXCELLENT job in repairing some body damage and a broken headlight and taillight on my 1999 Dodge Van. And the bill was less than I expected it to be. The service was great and fast.
