Gerber Collision made it very easy to take in my car and repair. It only took them a few days and they kept me updated as often as they could. My car looks great now and they couldn't have done a better job!

Awesome experience! These people have a great professional atmosphere going on.They took all the worries out of everything- such as calling right back with the estimate,contacting the insurance,lining up the rental car,prompt work to repair damage and a smile on their face letting you know they appreciate your time and business.Any future work that I need done to my vehicles will definately be done by them.

"Dear Gerber Management, I have never taken the time to write a letter pertaining service provided to me from any establishment that I was serviced by. However, gerber and especially your Production manager, Ed Serat, took the time and gave me the service to me that was way beyond my expectations. He and Gerber should be congratulated for the empowerment you allow Ed to do his job, not only well, but beyond my expectations. I have been in sales all my life and I have heard Company slogans say to "under promise and over deliver" but Ed did exactly that. Thanks Again, Steve Babiarz"

I wont to take the time out to let whom ever at Gerber Collision know that I personally ran into the best,most genually honest,nicest guy EVER in my lifetime.(and thats a pretty big statement) of customer service.At Gerber collision of south holland.His name is JOSE ROMO.I unfortunately had to bring my car in for service thinking my insurance would cover the damage.But they did not.I then was under the stress of trying to fiigure out what to do,To get the car fixed,or buy a new car.Gerber let me speak to JOSE.who was the one who look at the car with liberty Mutual.The said that the transfer case had a crack in it.To the tune of thousands of dollars.Jose talk to me,explained everthing liberty mutual founf out.I call him back SEVERAL time.He kept saying NO problem,I'll help you.What ever you need.Even when I thought I would consider ... read more

i HAVE HAD A FEW ACCIDENTS IN my life and they were never as pleasant as th is time when it came to fixing my car, , I took my car in to Gerber Collision -in Orland park, I was amazed at the service provided, I took my car in a Monday morning, and I was beyond thrilled when they called to say my car was ready that same week on WEDNESDAY!! I mean this was faster than an OIL change !! this place rocks...they fixed my car, vaccumed it, washed it.....awesome I would recommend them to all my friends and I have !! thanks Gerber I'm sure glad I chose you to fix my car, ps: i didnt have a ride home when I dropped it off and they took me home....

"All I can say is WOW! Novemeber 2010, someone rear-ended me on the expressway and that was my first experience with you. I arrived at your place and Raul came out, gave a VERY ACCURATE estimate, and the car was completed on time and on budget. Enterprise Rent-A-Car was equally as co-operative. So when I was rear-ended again in December of 2011, my first (and only thought) was to go to Gerber on Halsted. I called up and was REALLY happy to see Raul was still the "man" there. I brought the car in and again the estimate was exactly what the car repair was! The only thing that was different was that my car was completed in 24 hours instead of the 3 days that was originally estimated.
