AMAZING staff...Jim and Elsie were like friends from the moment you stepped in the door. I was offered 3 repair centers by my Fleet company and I choose Gerber because it was a name I was familiar with. I'm glad I did as I was not dissapointed. Excellent service. I was treated like a "VIP" from the time I began this repair. They handled everything for me (car rental) and my car was done when they said it would be done. It looks great! This is not my first visit with them and if needed I will be a customer again.

I was quite impressed by the thorough estimates (2 choices of product), the efficiency of the estimator, and the fast turn-around of the installation of my side-view mirror. I compared this with an estimate from a neighborhood repair shop and was amazed at how much lower the Gerber price was. No complaints here!

You were so kind and understanding when I came in hours after I had just picked up my Toyota RAV4 from your shop only to be sideswiped in a parking lot a couple hours later. I am espically thankful for the fact that you buffed out the scatches from the second accident, free of charge. No collision involved, but hood of car had been vandalized. Excellent work provided by Gerber (completed January 24). Very courteous - and they did a super job of cleaning the car as well - better than any car wash.

We were very happy with the service received. Mia and Pete provided such excellent customer service that they made a stressful situation almost pleasant. If we ever have to have further work done we will return to the same location because of these two individuals.
