I was completely impressed with how seamless and quick my repairs were. I dealt with Tim at this location and he called me regularly to keep me updated with the progress of my repairs. When I picked my car up it was cleaner than when I had left it-- inside and out! And they worked directly with the rental car company so all I did was leave my rental car with them and drove my lancer away! Thanks for the great work!! I hope to not get in another accident, but if I do, I will be a return customer. -Lisa

Kevin, I want to let you know that as a new Gerber customer (don’t ask why…long story), I was very impressed by Bob James. Bob’s professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail were displayed throughout the entire process. The body work is exceptional and completed 1 day early. Thanks Bob for everything. Just a great customer experience!! Jeff Howe

Amazing - Said what they would do and did what they said in a timely professional manner and quality workmanship. I have had too many bad experiences with companies providing goods and services that do not live up to their committments recently. It sure nice to relay a good experience for a change.

IL - 2360 Ogden Ave, Downers Grove - 2/25/12
Excellent service, called every day letting me know the status of my car and when I picked it up it was completely cleaned inside and out. I was reluctant to use Gerber and wanted to use a shop that I had work done at in the past but a friend of mine had a great experience with Gerber a few months ago and I'm glad I listened. I will use Gerber for all of my repair work from now on.
