I came in under an insurance claim to replace my front bumper. The production manager (Eric Lambert sp?) assisted my claim and presented feedback throughout the replacement process. The staff was friendly and allowed my car to remain at the shop beyond the repair time due to previous engagements I had. Upon picking up the vehicle the repairs were well made and the car was cleaned inside and out. A week went by and my front headlight went out. I called the repair shop since it the front headlight worked prior to going in. The production manager looked at the light and fixed it as a courtesy. Another week went by and the headlight went out again. I brought the car in and the production manager had another look at it. It turned out that the filament went out due to usage. I was very happy with the work that was done on my car. Scott Behm and Pete gave me the best service I every had. I had some work that needed to be done to my car that was not related to the collison. They asked me if I would like it fixed and gave me a great price. They provided excellent service and I tell everybody I know how wonderful they are. I highly recommend Gerber because of them.

Our representative was David Martinez, he was very helpful in keeping us updated on the progress of our vehicle. Information was relayed in a timely manner and it was accurate. If there was an issue with a part coming in or something, we were notified right away. There were no issues with getting a rental while our car was out of service, State Farm, the rental company and Gerber all communicated with each. We've always a relationship with the folks at Gerber, that's why there's always the first choice. Thank youM

Gerber got the work done on time, and actually before the estimated time. The car looks better than it did before the collision. I would recommend anyone to use Gerber for work on their car.

"I brought my 2010 Nissan Maxima in for repair to the Gerber Collision location in Skokie, IL. A car is like a "member of your family." You want someone who will take good care of it and fix it like new! My estimator, David Martinez was like a doctor! He checked the car for me and told me what had to be done to repair it. David also called me and gave me updates on the status of the repair job. The car was ready exactly when David said it would be. He also personally checked the car over with me to make sure that I was satisfied with the repair of the car. The car was repaired and looked like new! David's professionalism and customer care definitely would want me to refer Gerber to others who need repair work done for their car.
