Totally satisfied..Excellent service, very accomodating, office staff is outstanding, especially Andrew Anderson & Crystal. The general manager, Mike Ammbriz made sure my car was ready before the time promised as I had an important appointment to make. It was discovered that there was more extensive work that needed to be done than origainally was estimated. Yet, he still had it ready on time. What a great experience i had at gerber collision. From the very first minute i stepped foot in that building, i had nothing but a positive experience. Every single employee at gerber is the ultimate professional. Eric lambert and his team did an outstanding job. My car is actually better than new. And the receptionist who handle the paperwork was a delight to work with. I will absolutely be telling everyone i know about gerber collision. I literally had a great time at gerber.

Got great reviews from Yelp and friends. Had other work done previously. Brought to this location because it was convenient to home and a State Farm repair facility. Treated great from the moment I came in the door to get the estimate from Cindy, to the call from Shane, the general manager to tell me when my car would be ready. Had to pick it up after hours. It was waiting for me in their parking lot, and It was gorgeous. The car was polished, clean, and my new bumper was perfect. Highly recommend! Would definitely use them again.

I was a stranger in a strange land (moving from Texas) who had allowed my cell phone to fall behind the dash board of my vehicle. I knew that it would take someone who could get the dashboard off and back on w/o damaging it. Joe was gracious and kind and had me back on the road with phone in hand in less than 15 minutes! He refused to charge me and even rejected my offer to buy lunch for the staff. he said it was their "good deed of the day"! Good deed indeed! I use no one but Gerber Collision now that we are moved into our new home in Lake Barrington IL.

I worked with a Mr. David Martinez and was very pleased with him. He is a real professional in this field as he had answers for everything and additionally he handled himself in a business like manner. He took carre of everything in a timely fashion. I would definitely go back to Mr. Martinez need be.

The service at Gerber is outstanding: exceellent staff, good communication, excellent work. This is consistent; unfortunately over the years we have been referred to Gerber by State Farm at least three times. The service and workshipi remains outstanding.

I am always impressed with my experiences with Gerber and this most recent repair was no exception. The staff was helpful and courteous. The estimator Mario Lira was very professional. The repairs to the rear quarter panel of my car were perfect. It's impossible to see that a repair was performed. The technician, Roman, is a true craftsman. He even buffed out some scratches on my drivers door. I am very happy with Gerber.

The team at your new location in Evanston is excellent! I was apprehensive when a 'national chain' took over an independent body shop nearby, but I am very pleased with how it has turned out. I had major accident work done on a BMW by your Skokie facility several years ago. The manager took me on a tour, and I was very impressed by the workmanship, equipment and businesslike way the shop was managed. I used to run a body shop, and I know a thing or two about the business and craftsmanship challenges of the trade. I have had a couple of small things handled by your new shop in Evanston, and I was very pleased with the results. Your assistant manager even popped out a parking lot dent in a plastic bumper while I waited for no charge. That's the kind of customer orientation that will bring me back again.
