This is my first accident ever. Scott and everyone else there was so nice. They made my first experience a walk in the park, no problems at all. I am 110% satisfied with the job they did. If I ever have a problem like this again I will definitely go back to Gerber Collision and Glass.

The service was excellent, made a difficult experience much easier. The repair to my car was done sooner than expected, and it looks great. The production manager, Tony Ashmore, was beyond accommodating. When I mentioned that I needed to take it to my mechanic for tire rotation he said he would have that done for me at no charge, that was a pleasant surprise and a much appreciated courtesy. Though I hope to not have cause to use their service again I was extremely pleased with the whole experience and would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

David and the crew at Gerber did a fantastic job. They were timely with their repairs and stayed exactly at the estimate cost. Not only did they fix the scratch that brought us to them in the first place, but they also fixed a small dent in the back lift of our minivan, for free! While I hope I don't need any repair work in the future, if I do, I will DEFINATELY be bringing my car back to David at Gerber! Thanks everyone!

"Gerber did an excellent job making extensive repairs to this rear-ended Cadillac DeVille. We were getting a real runaround from our insurance company and they seemed to be "changing the rules" over and over again. We did not trust them making decisions about our car or our title to it. When I called Gerber for help and explanations the excellent Jessica put me in touch with Gary Wilmoth, and he was able to help me analyze the situation and tell me what was going on with the insurance company. I trusted him immediately. He gave me a very good suggestion on how, for the time being, to take control of the repair from the insurance company and make our own decisions. He came up with a very much improved cost estimate based on our new assumptions. We went ahead with the work, and the car was repaired beautifully and ... economically (comparatively), and was ready only day over Gary's original conjecture as to how long the repairs would take. Everyone involved was very professional. Towards the end, Tim Lean was able to work out the exact delivery time and kept things in hand as the work finished up. I brought my car in because my low air indicator light was on for my tires. I was visiting from out of town. They took me in less than five minutes. The entire staff from the two women at the desk to the gentleman who fixed the problem were extremely nice and very helpful. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.
