The service I received at Gerber was absolutely “Excellent”. I am a totally satisfied customer!!! On Sat 5/ 19/2012 I brought my car (Toyota Camry XLE) into Gerber to have my front bumper replaced as a result of an accident earlier in the week. I was greeted by Jose Vega (estimator). Upon meeting Jose I knew my car would be in good hands by him & his staff. I was verbally told my finish date would be 5-7days (due to the crash report, insurance approval and parts needed to be ordered). Jose suggested I get a rental from across the way at enterprise. Within 3 days Jose called me to provide an update & stated my car would be ready for pick up early the following week. Unbelievable service. The collision repair quote took less than 15 minutes, the turn around time was quoted as 2 days yet the work wascompleted the same day. Not only did Gerber arrange for transport to a ride to a car rental business, and back, but also washed my car so it looked like it came off a showroom floor. Friendly and courteous staff, and most important, did a very professional job. I am one happy customer.

Gerber of Evanston repaired a minor front end damage on 5/24/12 to my 2009 Toyota Yaris. Every staff member I came in contact with treated me with great respect and kindness. The estimate was quick and they were able to do the repairs within a day or two after ordering parts. Peter Sadalski was very professional and knowledgeable in communicating to me information that I needed. The receptionist (Rachel or Rebecca -sorry), was extremely helpful in setting up the appointment and went out of her way to have a coworker pick me up as I was walking in the heat after work to get my car. Clive (?), not only drove me to work before the repair, but rescued me from the heat when coming to pick up my car. He was very kind and enthusiastic. Outstanding service. Rachel at the front desk is friendly and patient. Everyone is kind and took care of me in just a few days. Car was welll done and immaculate when I picked it up. I can't say enough wonderful things about them LOVED Pete Sadaslki, the estimator. I will recommend to my friends.

When I brought the car in they were very careful to inspect and than they gave me an estimate within two days (vehicle was towed) and they worked on the car dilingently eventhough they had problems getting parts from volvo. Overall David was very helpful kept me inform of the progress on a daily bases. This is not the first time i"ve used Gerber services and I would recommed to anyone whis car requires body work. Thank you

cant say enough about how helpful everyone was had a few things i wanted to take care of on my car answered all my questions and took care of everything i needed quickly and the service was great its nice to know there are still places out there that still take pride in there work and do everything they can for there customers agin i would recomend the south elgin gerber to anyone in need any job big or small thanx guys car looks great ur the best :)
