I went in for an estimate on some minor damage because we had a good experience on another automobile a few years ago, and Scott Behm, the estimator, brought out a tool and fixed my driver-side door so it would open for me. He was also prepared to take it to the back and have it buffed out for me on the spot. Wow, I really was thinking this was going to be an $800+ expense, and 2 days without a car, but Scott fixed me right up and sent me on my way. Thank you Scott! Gerber Collision in Crystal Lake will be my first choice when the need arises on any of my cars.

My daughter had a weird experience while driving on the expressway and her car was not driveable. We're from the suburbs and didn't know where to go or who to contact in the city. We had spoken to the insurance company and Gerber was one of their centers. I initially spoke with Cecilia, who was very helpful and assured me they would get the car in and repaired as quickly as possible. We had the car towed to the Halsted, Chicago location. There I met with Edwin Lebron, who explained the process and what would be happening. I explained my concern that my daughter needed her car back as soon as possible as she was working in the city and commuting. He assured me they would get the car fixed as quickley as possible, but also correctly. He called me several times during the process to let me know what was happening and answered all my ... questions. I was very pleased with the service, professionalism, and repairs and the fact that the car was ready sooner than they thought. I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone who needs to have work done!! My van required both glass and collision repair and I am SO glad I took it to Gerber! The office staff was great, very helpful, even got me a MINIVAN rental instead of a car (we have SIX KIDS!). Vitale Silchuk did the repairs back in the shop and he did an AMAZING job! He really went above and beyond and my van looks better than ever! If I EVER need auto glass or collision repair I will bring my vehicles here and ask for him!!!

Mathew Hershberger was very friendly and courteous. He quickly assessed my Van and gave me a description of my problem and the appropriate fixes he would make. He e-miled me my estimate and always kept me up to date about my fix. Dina at the front desk was also very friendly and courteous which made my whole experience with Gerber great. You have exceptional staff at Gerber.
