The service I had a Gerber Collision & Glass was outstanding for a number of reasons. Teresa got me in as soon as I called to make the appointment and the bag that she gave me to put my stuff in when I cleaned my stuff out was a nice bag. Next Louie was thorough when he explained to me what needed to be done to my car and he was I liked the he called every 2 or 3 days and gave me updated on the status of my car, that way I was able to have an idea of how much gas I needed to keep in the rental car :). When I went to pick up my car today I was very pleased with how it turned out. If I ever need to have body work done on my car again I will bring it back to Gerber in Matteson.

Mr Hershberger didnt only exhibit courteousness friendliest aditude during our first meating at Gerber but displayed the kindliest and accomodating personality where i felt very much attended to at the time that any customer needed the most. he showed interest and willingness to listen and answer questions and concerns and most of all explained everything in detail with assurance for cust satisfactiobn. he cetainly is an asset to this company and a model for all employees. "I needed a piece of trim re-glued on my classic 91 Mercury, Capri convertible. It's in mine condition, so I brought it to your shop because I had work done by your group on one of my other cars and was completely satisfied. Matt Henneken was the person assigned to give me the estimate for the work and as I explained my problem he just smiled, asked for my keys and in 10 minutes returned the car to me "fixed". I offer to pay but he refused and just asked me to come back again when I have serious work to be done. I'm sure I will be back and I will recommend Gerber to all my friends in need of auto or glass repair. Matt is a great representative for your company and I'm sure he brings in extra business with his positive customer attitude. Thanks Again."

The customer service was excellent. Chris kept me informed every step of the way. The finished product was superb - the car looks and feels brand new and there was over $16,000 of damage. It took a little longer than they first thought but I appreciate the qualtiy control to make sure the job was done right and they worked with me to help with a rental car so it really was not an inconvenience. Every one at the shop - especially Chris and Laney - were very professional and seemed to really care about me - the customer. I would recommend them in a minute.
