The entire staff at Gerber was very helpful in what was a very diffcult time. Yesenia made the intial intake process seamless and David kept us informed in every step of the way about the status of our vehicle. I got my car back a few days before the traget delivery date which was expcetional service for me. I would definetely use Gerber again based on the customer service.

This repair could not have gone smoother. From my first call the arangement to get the estimate and repair done went very well. It was done sooner than anticipated and the car looks like new. Thank you for making an unpleasant accident a painless repair. I will surely recommend your shop but hopefully never need to use it again myself. But I know that I probably will. Thanks again.

My experience with Gerber was nothing less than very professional. Gerber is the type of place I would refer my friends and family to. Not only did they continue to stay in contact with me, but I also recieved my car back 12 days proir to their initial estimate. Couldn't be happier with the service and work done on my car. Even if I got slapped across the face repeatedly, side to side, with a damn happy stuick that shot out sparks and sprinkles, wouldn't make me as happy as Gerber Auto in Skokie did with the service and work done to my car. Truly excellent service as always!! This is the way customer service should always be handled. I have worked with Edwin twice now, and have found him to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful and very responsive. Gerber does great work, and has a fantastic staff!

I am writing this to tell you how completely satisfied with the service that was performed on my six week old vehicle. While at work my new car was vandelized with a good size dent in middle of ms hood.I was first very impressed that they would look at my car around 5 p.m. Once I stopped in the estimator Michael Bock knew I was a little upset and explained to me how the could have it look as good as new. I now started to feel this would work out. I told them I would be traveling for the next week, but I would be there first thing Monday June 4th. Once I arrived I was treated great, they sent me over to the rental car place and I was told the car should be done in three days. I knew that everything was being taken care of. Thia is actually the second time I have utillized the services of the great individuals at this shop. The first time was two years ago, when I received an inflated estimate at another shop. I came to Gerber and was given an estimate of one third the cost of the original. And the work was great! Last week I came in for what I believed to be a part replacement. The wonderful people at Gerber decided that it was a repair, not a replacement. They immediately conducted the repair and then declined to charge me for it! During this process I was offered coffee and made comfortable. They have a customer for life!

Everything looks great on the truck.Service on the phone & inperson was also excellent.The two ladies in the front could have used two more people.They were extremely busy & pepole were staring to complain.I would highly Wreck-ommend Gerber & for sure return for my own repairs.Thanks for service!
