i LOVE GERBERS. THEY WERE SO CURTIOUS. i WAS SCARED-- FIRST TIME I HAD TO USE A BODY SHOP. THEY CALMED MY FEARS AND WERE PATIENT. MY CAR LOOKS SO BEAUTIFUL ... THEY DID A GREAT JOB--YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE I HAD BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT. AND THEY HAD IT READY A WHOLE DAY BEFORE I EXPECTED IT. CHOOSE THE GERBERS IN SKOKIE -- THEY ARE THE BEST.

THE CREW WAS GREAT PERSONABLE AND CARING THEY ANSWERED ALL MY QUES. IT WAS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE FROM THE FRONT DESK ALL THE WAY THROUGH TIL THE END OF MY REPAIR. MATT WHO WAS MY SERVICE PERSON WAS VERY PLEASANT ,KNOWLEDGABLE AND CARING ,HE KEPT ME POSTED EVERY STEP OF THE WAY AND WHEN I PICK MY CAR UP . Brought my car in which had $10,000 in damage to get repaired. Everyone I spoke with was very courteous and took the time to answer all my questions. They kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs and explained everything they were doing. The car turned out great and I am definetly a much happier car owner!
