This is the first time I ever had to visit a collision center and I could not have had a better experience. Service was quick and professional. I asked them to look at something extra and they fixed it at no charge. And if all of that wasn't enough, the GM gave me a ride to my work since my alternate transportation fell through. So thankful this place was recommended to me!

Stephanie and the front desk girl gave excellent customer service. They were great to work with, I was impressed with the number of updates I received. They finished ahead of schedule. They made a very inconvenient situation. easier for me particularly getting the rental car from Enterprise. Gerber exceeded my expectations and I will recommend them and share my experience with others

I have good customer experience working with Jason H and the rest of the admin team in the Crystal Lake facility. They were very supportive to help me to coordinate the towing services company after the accident, they completed the assessment and work out with my insurance company to get my case addressed in a very short timeframe.

Truly fantastic service. As a victim of a hit-and-run -- I was understandably pretty concerned/frustrated upon arrival. Fabian in particular was very professional and helpful in assuring me that the damage which I thought was catatrosphic was fairly routine and wouldn't be an issue for the techs. The guys did a great job on my car and even cleaned it up for me, which I didn't expect. As a result of some unknown battery issue (probably my fault), some of my car's features started acting out of sorts -- Fabian and his manager personally worked with me to get my car in ASAP and catered to MY schedule, for which I am very grateful. Furthermore the technician (forgot name, sorry) was willing to explain the issue to me at my level. 10/10 -- great people, great service.

Great customer service and experience with Gerber. After making the accident claim with AAA, dropped the car off at their preferred dealer - Gerber and they took care of everything! Absolute pleasure to deal with. This is my second time dealing with Gerber and the same excellent service.
