I had an auto accident with a Progressive person covered by Progressive Ins. Company (It was finally determined that the Progressive insured was totally at fault.) I brought my 2007 :Lexis IS 250 to Gerber Collision and Glass in Downers Grove, IL. My estimator was Jim C. It was a difficult color to match, but Jim assured me they would match the paint. I brought the car in on October 8, 2021 and they had a rental car waiting for me. During the time it was in the shop Jim kept me posted every step of the way of their progress. I also had some scratches and bumps taken care of at my expense as well. The car was ready within 2 weeks, and I picked it up a week later . I was totally satisfied by the work done at that Downers Grove facility. My car looked brand new again! All of the employees were friendly and professional. Jim C. was very kind ... and professional. I would give him a ten as I was very satisfied by the way he made me feel confident in the repair work as it was being done. Thank you to everyone at that facility. So very pleased with the repair work done to my 2009 Prius on the front and back of my car!!! The car looks like brand new after the collision!!! My Mazda 3 had some cosmetic damage on the front bumper and grille. It wasn't much but we wanted it buffed and painted. The estimator gave us a very fair quote and the gal at the front was very nice and hospitable. The entire process was seamless and professional. Once I received the repairs car, I couldn't have been happier with the job they did. They made it look brand spanking new and you'd never know it needed cosmetic repairs on the front. Thanks for everything you did for my Mazda. I appreciate it.
