"I want to commend the quick and excellent service I received. I drive a `1984 Alfa Romeo Spyder convertible, and I noticed the rear rubber strip was loose. I pulled the remainder off carefully so it would not fly off and become damaged. I pulled into Gerber in Evanston just to get a quote for repair, and the manager (Peter) and one of his repairmen discussed it and asked me to take a seat and they would repair it by gluing it back on right then. 15 minutes later Peter said it was "good to go". I asked what I owed, and he said nothing really just thanks and recommendations to friends and family. This I will certainly do.especially for anything more serious. Good PR good community trust. Clean shop and pleasant personnel all around. Made my day."

Incredible service, prompt, attentive, high quality. Completely reviewed the options for repair; exceeded my expectations, and met the time promised. If (When) I need autobody repair, I'm going back to see Peter.

My car had some minor damage from a repair shop hoist. Joe was outstanding, he looked at the damage and had it taken care of while I waited. Very honest and up front guy, and I really appreciated it. Thanks to Joe and to Gerber Collision & Glass!

David Martinez was excellent. Our car was at Gerber for approx 3 weeks and he provided us with weekly updates telling us exactly what was going on with our car and when it would be done. Very happy with David and if we ever need a repair again we will come back to Gerber due to his excellent customer service.
