The service that I received from this site was exceptional. A call came every Tuesday to informed me of the progress on the car and to make sure I did not have any questions. I am very please with the service that I have received this time and all the other times that I have had to bring my cars in for service. Excellent service. All manufacturer parts were installed. I had a rear end collision and it was extensive damage. Gerber repaired it and were very thorough in checking out all the damage and to replace all parts needed. Very courteous staff.

I brought my car in for a broken side mirror. Sam Haleem was the estimator that I dealt with and he was pleasant and professional from the very beginning. He said he would order the part and have it within 24 hrs. He called the next day and said that he had the part and could get me in an out in about an hour. I took the car in on a Friday and he had it repaired in about 35 minutes. He was great and the service I received was top notch. Have never had a bad experience with Gerber and would not think of taking my car anywhere else.

The work done at this location is great! My Corolla's rear bumper was barely attached and once the team at Gerber in Evanston was done with it, it looked better than before my accident. The staff, especially Mr. Peter Sadalski, was friendly and attentive to my needs. The work was done in an extremely timely fashion, I was made aware of its status, and I couldn't be happier with the finishing product.

Everything went very smoothly, as expected. (There was no rush to get the car back as the primary driver was out of state, making it easier for everyone.) Gerber people noticed that the insurance estimator had not accounted for the missing spoiler, and took care of getting it authorized by the insurance company, and ordering/installing this part. The work appeared to be of very high quality.

The service was great here. I really appreciated that I received calls during the repair process with updates on how everything was going with my car. That showed real professionalism in my opinion. The service was completed 3 business days before anticipated. The work that was done on my car was perfect! My car was even cleaned throughout on the inside! Definitely would recommend to anyone in need of service!

recently had some glass work done & more recently had some body work done on my 2001 BMW 740IL at your Skokie, IL shop. Though I did not personally meet the people handling the glass work, their attentiveness in communicating with me by phone was most impressive. And the fact that the final bill was less than the quote conveyed a sense of integrity on the part of your representatives - & your company. Thus, when I needed body work done I went back to the Skokie shop. Matt Hershberger took care of my needs. He was thorough, explained the unknowns, was clear in explaining what needed to be done & the time it would take to do it. When an extra charge needed to be made, he called first & explained it. My side passenger mirror was damaged. I worked with Matthew at the Skokie Location. Matthew explained and made me feel very comfortable. He found the part, had it ship and replaced in 2 days.
