Great customer service from Gerber Collision in Crystal Lake. Dropped off my car Saturday morning, picked it up after work on Wednesday (as promised) - car looks great! Accidents are not fun but this could not have been an easier, stress-free process! I was kept in the loop the entire time via phone calls and texts.
