Very courteous service. The repair was addressed immediately, from the estimate to the repair. I did not have to wait long. They are even very honest!! They found $40 that my wife had lost in our vehicle. When I got in my car I found the money in the cup holder!! Wow

My 2010 HHR was the innocent victim of a parking lot hit-and-run. Upon recommendation of my insurance company, I took it to Gerber on LaSalle Street in Naperville, IL.. The estimator, Jason, and Stacia, who was at the desk, could NOT have been nicer. A thorough estimate was done, and since I was going to get a complimentary Enterprise rental, decided to have the work done there. In only 5 days, they got everything fixed, and when I picked up my car, I wondered if they had painted the whole thing or just the front where it was damaged, it looked so good! They were very good about contacting me with progress reports and keeping me informed--very important, since this is the first time I've ever had to have this sort of work done! I have brought our family cars to this Gerber location for a number of significant repairs and the work done has always been great with fair prices for the high quality provided. Recently I scraped the side of my car on a parking bumper and thought I was looking at a repair in the high hundreds of dollars. Joe and his staff provided me with a couple repair cost estimates and also offered to try and buff it and use touch up paint for free. The free repair looked fine given that my other options were to spend $500-$1,000 for a more complete repair. I really appreciate the help to save money during this down economy and will definitely keep bringing my cars to this Gerber location for future repairs. I was in an accident. I was recommended by Farmer's to take my car torecommended/ preferred location. I chose Elmhurst because I work there and spend many hours in the area. When I arrived the Gerber claims adjuster Paul looked at my car and wrote up all damages. Throughout the twelve days it took to repair my vehicle, I was updated on the progress every two to three days. When I went to pick the car up Matt Heneken the production manager was very professional and he and the mechanic that worked extensivly on my vehicle went above and beyond the call of duty to explain everything they did to repair all the damage on my vehicle.
