I came in for an estimate on a repair job. I was told to wait in the office while a technician inspected the car. To my great surprise, he came back about ten minutes later and had already fixed it even though the shop was crowded. Now that's what I call service!

"My car had been in your shop only three weeks earlier and you had done a great job.repairing a parking lot dent. Twenty one days later, Parked on the street in front of my home I was sideswiped on the same side that had been previously repaired. It was a no brainer your shop was the only place I would consider for the repair. My insurance carrier AAA agreed it was a wise choice. David Martinez,was very helpful , he felt bad about my misfortune. He kept me apprised of the progress with daily emails. The entire staff here is awesome - not to mention outstanding. Sam and his crew have always gone the extra not mile; but, 500 miles to help me out. They have been understanding of my needs, during very difficult medical and monetary times. I have always come to Gerber when I've needed my car repaired. I can honestly say I would never consider another repair shop. Why would I go get a burger when I get US Prime here! Thanks for everything! Judy Goodman

GOT THE CAR BACK IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME WITHIN THE 3DAY LIMIT WHICH I WAS TOLD. MY CAR LOOKS MUCH BETTER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD LOOK AND I AM COMPLETELYSATISIFIED WITH THE RESULTS!

Service Quality and attentive customer care was exceptionally outstanding. The Tues and Thurs progress updates kept me in tune with what was taking place for repair timeline. My estimator Matt H was always available whether by phone or when I stopped in for inquires.
