The repair work was phenomenal and the courteousness was excellent especially given to me by Joe Swantek the Gen. Manager who was excellent. They did a wonderful job on my front end and my chevy cobalt (2005) looked like a brand new car when they got through repairing the damage. They even cleaned my nasty dashboard to where it was spotless! I love Gerber Collision in Naperville and recommended them to my neighbors and my family. Mr. Swantek was quick with the estimate and very thorough in explaining everything to me. He was Mr. Wonderful at a bad time for me.

My experience with Gerber was effortless. My husband brought my car in on 7/30/12 for an estimate. I was hit by an Allstate insured and Allstate decided to pay me for the claim. After getting the go ahead from Allstate I brought my car in on August 15th and picked it up on August 20th during my lunch. Andrea my estimator dealt directly with the Allstate adjuster for the first estimate and then for the additional work that had to be taken care of because of hidden damage under my front bumper. Allstate sent the second payment directly to Gerber and I signed over the check given to me to Gerber and picked up my car. I was able to leave my rental at Gerber and take my car. Great place to deal with and I would recommend my family and friends to Gerber as well.

Joe was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, prompt and straightforward in his dealings with me. I am very happy with the quality of the work performed; and, would be glad to recommend Joe and his staff to anyone who may ask.

Great experience from start to finish. Facility arranged for Enterprise rental. Repair done well and on time. Sent a couple of email updates which relieved me of having to call and ask for status. Chris Menos was on top of this and answered all my questions. Very pleased with the experience all the way around.

Hello Michael. Just a short note of appreciation to all at Gerber Collision and Glass for the great service in the repair and reconditioning of my damaged Chevy Equinox. I had a nice drive back to Nebraska, even had a first hand opportunity to see what rain looks like as I drove through Iowa! The car performed just fine with no problems evident during the trip and for the past week. Nice to have it back! Thanks again for the fine service and excellent customer treatment. If we meet again, let's hope it's a social encounter and it's not by accident!

I stopped by to see if I can get the lower panel below my drives door removed and put back into place. It was hanging on a by some of the clips after it was scrapped on a high curb. I could not fix it because I was afraid I was going to do more damage. When I stopped in I met Bob. He was very happy to assist me with this problem. He had a tech look at the car right away. The tech installed the panel properly and looked great (besides the scrap on it that caused the panel to pop loose). Bob told me there was no charge and stated he was happy to help me out. I looked at Bob and said "Wow! Really?" He said "sure don't worry about it" and asked if he can mail me an estimate to have the scrap fixed. I would like to compliment the staff at the Chicago Halsted location for their excellent customer service. I have been rear-ended not once, but twice in the last two months, and have taken my car to this Gerber location both times for repair. I worked with Raul both times, and he was terrific. He was friendly, responsive, and kept me informed of the repair status. I can't say enough good things about his professionalism, and my car looked fantastic post-repair on both occasions. I would also like to compliment Cecilia the receptionist on her excellent customer service skills. When I was picking my car up yesterday, she handled telephone calls with three difficult customers with ease and professionalism. I have been a victim of catalytic converter theft twice in the past two month. The second time, it occurred at the worst possible time. I was planning to drive my father in-law to his sister birthday party in Cleveland. The part was taken off my car on a Tuesday morning; and i choose to take my car to Gerber. I told Cecillia, Paul, and Priscilla of Gerber, of my situation and begged them to find a way to repair my car by Thursday so i could still drive my father in-law to Cleveland. They rushed the repairs through and i was able to use may car on the road trip for what turned out to be a very special occassion.
