The staff was always helpful with any questions I had. Mark Wadzinski addressed any areas I noticed on the car after the work had been completed. He was attentive and very accommodating and always professional. Any time I've had repair work needed I've always brought it to Gerber and will continue to do so but hopefully not since I try to be as careful as possible with my vehicle :-)

Chris Menos is a real asset to Gerber Collision and Glass. From the first meeting to appraise the damage to my 2012 Lexus to the pick up, Chris was friendly, informatative and professional. Chris contacted me several times to inform me of the repair status, which was completed ahead of schedule. It's not often you receive the quality service that Chris afforded me. Because of his service, I will refer Gerber whenever the opportunity arises. Bob Mayo President & CEO The Chicago Trust Company A Subsidiary of Wintrust Finanacial Corporation

They were attentive and quick with a estimate. They had everything ready for me when I arrived to drop off car. Car was ready when they said it would be, and they were very friendly when I picked it up.

Very satisfied. Car looks like it's brand new and they even got it detailed for me. They were very accommodating with my work schedule and even kept the car an extra few days so I could pick it up at my convenience. I will definitely recommend Gerber to anyone in need of collision repairs.

Everything was handled professionally and in a reasonable time frame. Michelle and Joe were nice people, and most importantly, the car repair was well done. I was also pleasantly surprised that someone straightened out my front license plate, so thanks!
