It is so rare these days to find the caliber of service that was provided at this business. Every one i came in contact with in this shop was efficient, courteous, and skilled in their position. My car was delivered repaired clean and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Gerber Collision andGlass.

THe team at Gerber did a fantastic job on my repair. I have a high end performance car and the body repairs and required detailing were first class in every respect. Also, the wheel had to be refinished and they didn't like the way the wheel came back and on their own they fixed this issue. Edwin LeBron was great at follow-up and customer satisfaction. I will definately come back and will recommend Gerber to my friends.

The people at this office are so nice, and they explained everything that was to be done and what to expect. They checked the car when we brought it for an estimate and recorded things not related to this repair so that we would know what was already on the car (in the way of scratches, dents, etc. that we had not even noticed). They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Even the waiting room was clean and pleasant. Our car was ready even earlier than promised! They even offered to pick me up from home to bring me to the office to get the car if no one else at my house was available. The price was exactly the same as what was originally quoted. To be honest, I rarely respond to surveys such as this one. However, given the experience we had with a recent repair, I felt it important to do so. In summary, our experience with Gerber was outstanding. Everyone we came in contact with were very professional and courteous. The communication through the entire repair process was clear and timely. Special kudos to Elise, she is an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Matt Henneken, Production Manager, was excellent and provided a professional experience, for our first time there. My Traverse, had a quarter size scratch, and he took care of it in less than a day. Right when I entered the doors, the reception person, was very friendly and she put me in ease. I will definitely go there for any body work needed. The work was excellent, can't find where the scratch.
