David Martinez is sharp. Service was excellent. We were rear-ended a couple of years ago and Gerber did the repair. Service was excellent then, too. So this time I told USAA I wanted Gerber again.

Everything was great. Sam kept me informed twice a week with the status. The car was finished early and you did a great job. It looks great and one of your guys had it cleaned inside and out.

I did significant damage to our 2010 Honda Odyssey (front end bumper) and took my car in for an estimate. I was greeted within a few minutes by a very professional collision advisor, Bob James, who was helpful and assisted me in a very efficient manner. After 5 minutes I was on my way to Enterprise )on-site pickup) to pick up my rental car. That evening I received a call regarding my estimate and review of damages. With a $500 deductible, I decided to pay out of picked as the total price was $700. What I found most desirable in working with Gerber was the amount of time it took to repair. I had my car back in under 5 working days. The car looks greak thanks to the team at Gerber. I would highly recommend their shop for your auto body repairs.

My experience at Gerber was an A+. The staff reserved a rental car for me so I didn't have to wait when I dropped off my car for repair. Three days after I dropped off my car I received a voice mail from a staff member indicating that my car would need to be kept and additional 4 days. When I returned the call a staff person explained that additional work was identified and approved by Safeco. This caused the delay in completing the work. But, the staff confirmed that Safeco would continue to cover the cost of my rental car. When I picked up my car it was beautiful! The body work was top notch and they had thoroughly cleaned the interior. The interior was quite a mess when I brought it in for repair. The car looked like the car I bought 6 years ago! Every staff member I came in contact with was polite and professional.Thank you!!!

"Just a quick follow up. I am having absolutely no problems with my Equinox and am very, very pleased so far! My son, from Indiana where we used to live, came to visit with us last week and commented on my nice car (first time he has seen it). I told him it was the one involved in the July accident that we told him about and looked pretty banged up when I left it behind in Illinois. He graduated from a tech school in Indianapolis years ago and degreed in body work, paint and finish. He never got into the business though but has done some on the side jobs for friends and is very picky about how he does a job! He looked it over closely and said "dad, looks like they did a really nice job!" If my son says something, he means it!!"

The work looks great, since day one i was taken care off every one was friendly and polite. i really liked the texts infroming me of the car status on top of the call as well informing me of status. Work was done fast and very well.
