I wanted to comment on the outstanding customer service I received from David Martinez who works at the Gerber Collision in Skokie Il. My truck needed to be fixed and David was a great guy. He was polite, upfront and kept me informed every step of the way. I wanted to thank David for his understanding and his professionalism. I will refer my friends to your service center.

My car was scratched, dented and destroyed from a car wash and Bob James took exceptional care of the vehicle. The front hood and the whole passenger side of the car was destroyed and dented from the errant car wash machine and they did a phenomenal job. He checked in with me regularly and gave me progress reports of the car and took care of everything on a timely basis. Companies should learn about the customer service that Gerber provides and training their employees like Bob James. He is considerate, he follows up on the details, and handled the process with the insurance companies without any input from me. Thank you Bob for taking care of the situation and resolving all the issues and your follow up calls.

It's difficult to exceed expectations - but these folks so far exceeded my expectations that I can't really articulate how wonderful they are. They said it would take 13 days to fix my car (had been in an accident)… it took 6 days! When I got the car back it looked brand new - they'd even taken scratches out of other parts of the car that weren't part of the accident. they called every three days to give me an update - so three times total. I am absolutely hooked on them! I've even been to other Gerber Collision & Glass places that I loked and thought were just fine, but this is in a class all its own!

Customer service was outstanding. Everyone at this site went above and beyond to accommodate me in terms of completing the estimate, arranging for drop off, scheduling the rental car, and finally picking up my vehicle. I had damage to several parts of my Lexus requiring with two seperate insurance claims and a self pay portion. Coordination of the repairs was seamless and my car looks wonderful. I couldn't be happier with Gerber Collision in La Grange. I would recommend anyone to use their services. you will not find better customer service and quality work! Highly Recommended.

My insurance company referred me to Gerber Collision and Glass, in Skokie, IL, to have my car repaired after a small accident. David Martinez, was the Estimator who helped me through the whole process. Originally, I was just going to have the work done that would be covered by my insurance, but when I learned that I would be given ride between Gerber and home, and figured out that I would have enough money to pay for the repairs within my credit card billing cycle, I decided to go ahead and have two other damaged places on my car also repaired there. David was very pleasant to work with. He has a cheerful demeanor, which is helpful when you are feeling bad about your accident and your car and worried about getting along without it. David is very efficient and his communication skills are excellent. I was very happy to have him as my ... contact at Gerber. Also, when I went back to pick up my car, I could not tell the repairs from the rest of the car! It was a great job! I did spot one tiny place where there was a tiny chip of paint. David and I agreed that it was not in a panel that had been repaired, but he had it touched up immediately without charge! I was also pleased that the company provides transportation home and then back to Gerber to retrieve your car. The young employee who gave me a ride, John (or “Deeno,”) was polite, pleasant, and a good driver. My experience from start to finish could not have been more positive. Everyone was helpful, friendly and efficient. From the time I got there for the estimate to when I picked up my car I felt comfortable and informed. Cindy Molina was great. She made the experience more pleasant than I expected it to be. And when the doors on my loaner locked with the keys inside ( didn't think cars did that anymore!) Shane Dimmitt literally came to my rescue. He and Tony not only got the door open-they wouldn't take money when I offered it to them. Very professional! Even A.J. @ Enterprise made the rental process easy. I have told MANY people about you already and will continue to spread the good word.

"Excellent from start to finish! I was kept up to date on the status of the repairs by Bob James, his kindness and professionalism is outstanding! The work done on my "Baby" was amazing, it truly exceeded my expectations! I was overwhelmed to be honest. My Baby looked brand new, it was cleaned inside and out and brought me to tears when I saw it! The work was outstanding! I met with Peter, who worked on my car, very nice man as well. I would not hesitate to return for repairs and highly recommend Gerber on 1060 W. Huron! Bob and staff, thank you so very much again! *HUGS*"
