I have never had such great customer service. This was by far the best automotive repair shop I have ever been to. My car looked as if no damage had ever been done to it, they did an amazing job on all of the repairs and were extremely friendly and helpful when i picked up my car. I am an extremely happy customer.

I would like to compliment you and your whole staff for the way you took care of my 2013 Ford Focus. I was in a bad accident and you all made this part of the loss very easy. I love the communication from your staff and the texts to let me know the status of my car.

They did a great job repairing my car in a timely manner and kept me up to date on all repairs. I would reccomend this location any time! The staff was friendly and very informative of all processes. Also, the project manager, Steve Kispetik, took time out of his day to contact me regarding my vehicle and was very nice. I will never go anywhere else for my collision repairs!

The folks at your Evanston location did some non-automotive custom work for me. Rob and Rachel were fantastic and very helpful. Great end results. Gerber also repaired my damaged Prius about two years (Skokie location) ago and did outstanding work. Coincidently, Rob was the same guy who did the work up on the Prius. I just recommended Gerber yesterday to a neighbor in need of collision repair based on my two outstanding experiences with you.

"We have used this Gerber Collision office for several of our repairs. The shop has been courtious, efficient and the work has been beautiful. My daughter had a rear end collision and.... WOW!! They were so kind as to re attach the bumper to her old but reliable car without charge. They were very understanding and took care of us while we waited. They are definately our "go to" repair shop!"

David Martinez once again exceeded expectations and professionally handled my electric window repair efficiently and economically. Really appreciate his expertise and attention to detail. It is in your best interest to hang on to this loyal employee. I am thinking Holiday bonus and time off. Very satisfied with your services. Keith
