I want to recognize the outstanding service provided by Mr. Joe Swantek on Tuesday, December 11th, 2012. He handled an issue with my side mirror very courteously and expeditiously, and he did it right on the spot. Please be assured that I will bring all my collision and glass repair business to Gerber from this day forward. I wanted you to be aware of the outstanding customer service provided by Mr. Swantek.

OMG!!I Joe and his team at Gerber exceeded my expectations. I am in the service industry. I can be very critical of service providers since this is how i earn my living. However, I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and the high level of service that this shop showed me through out this entire experience. They even finished my car repairs four days early. I would go back to joe in a heart beat.

What could have turned into an agnozing situation with a collision repair, even though the other party's insurance was responsible for payment, Gerber really made my day. I cannot begin to say enough kind words to compliment Scott Behm & the Gerber Team for the professionalism, dedication, and thoroughness in repairing my vehicle. From arranging a rental, finding additional damage not on the original GEICO estimate, and their concern for my satisfaction, I would like to say Thank You!!!!.I will highly recommend Gerber anytime. Best Regards, Bob Schaack

"I have had to use Gerber three times due to "not my fault" accidents, anyhow I have no complaints about the service, rather I am so impressed with the speed, efficiency and genuine friendliness of all the people I dealt with from the front desk to concetta, my rep. Oh and of course the work they did on my war was great. I would recommend gerber to anyone who asks. It is not my intention to ever go back there ,but if those are services I find mysenf needing in the future, I will go back to Gerber."
