I had a very good expreriencewith my Mitsubishi Spyder Eclipse from December 17-21 -- needed extra time as the delivered bumper was not accepted by Gerber -- NO problem! The free Enterprise rental was an added plus! I will certainly recommend this location to others.

We took our car to gerber for a minor collision repair and to get some "chicago parking" bumper scratches buffed out. One of the front fenders was partially pulled out but we didn’t fix it right away because of cost. However Raul at Gerber was able to have it popped back into place and buffed it out to look like new for NO ADDITONAL COST! He definitely understands customer service and I would recommend Gerber again.

These folks were AWESOME!!! I would recommend them to anyone. Very courteous, very knowledgeable, and my van was done on the day they told me and kept me informed along the way as to the work being done. Plus, they cleaned the inside when done!! Yeah!!

David Martinez was extremely professional, courteous, concerned and helpful. He provided excellent customer service. In addition, the email alerts I received on the progress of the repair were great! I have to say that in addition to David being so wonderful, the entire staff at Gerber were great. We have been long time customers and Gerber never disappoints us. Hopefully we won't be back for awhile, but if we need body or glass repair we will definitely return to Gerber. Well done.

"I got rear ended and took my car here to be fixed. Yes, these are the people with the annoying radio commercial! But I will agree, they are "highly wreck-ommended" by me! I chose them because I live near here and since they are a chain I would think their service is rather standardized from store to store! My service advisor was Tim . I also took the opportunity to get some other stuff fixed as long as the car was in the shop! they did a great job."
