I had an excellent experience with those location. Concetta Hutton went above and beyond. My car was fixed quickly efficiently and they dealt with the insurance company well. Enterprise was awesome. this was the best experience after having a car accident that I could have asked for. Thanks!

Sorry for the delayed feedback - but service was great. Better than expected. The quality of workmanship made my vehicle look brand new again. Mike was very professional and followed up on my phone message, answered all my questions regarding the parts that have been listed on the estimate - what they're used for and if they are needed. I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone. I received a few quotes from other places but felt Gerber would be the best solution and they didn't disappoint. Thanks to the team!

I was extremely terrified when i found out my car had been hit at work. my company's insurance has taken care of the repairs and thanks to Beth and Jose at Gerber Collision they made the process move smoothly for me. Excepting the car right away before Christmas may have hurt my rental car experience but, again, Gerber stepped in and helped everything run smoothly. The day came to get my Aveo back, looking beautiful and all clean there was still a problem with the balance of the rental car. I am extremely relieved to have found a place that has GREAT customer service. dealing with insurances companies is such a hassle and Gerber is doing an awesome job at helping me out. I thank Gerber with my whole heart, keep up the great work over there and Happy New Year!!!

Mike Lower and his people at Gerber collision where the nicest group of people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting at a business of any kind. they made me feel good in a bad situation. They took so much stress away from my life. I would highly recomend anyone to them for any collision and glass needs. I will never use anyone else as long as Mike and his people are around. My car was recently repaired at the Gerber facility in Elgin in November and I also had some repairs done in August. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Elgin facility to anyone in need of repairs. Jennifer and Darren were always very professional and courteous and always kept me updated at least once a week throughout the repair process. I work in customer service and understand and value great customer service. Jennifer and Darren definitley provided outstanding customer service during both of my visits to Gerber Collision and Glass.

The staff at Gerber was very helpful and kept me up to date with status texts on my car. I especially loved the funny texts from my car telling me how much they liked being at Gerber b/c they were being treated so nicely there. The car was done ahead of schedule and getting the car in for the repair was easy as well.
