Repairs took longer than predicted because of hidden damage, but we were kept informed every step of the way. The car looks great - they even cleaned the inside!!! They really worked hard to make sure everything was perfect. A great big thank you to everyone there.

The service to my vehicle was done in an expert and professional manner. I am very pleased and satisfied. Upon bringing my vehicle in the representative was very professional and true to his word. He said that it would take three days upon completion and I would be notified with status updates by text and phone calls, the cost was exact as the estimate inspection. Upon picking up my vehicle the work was done very professionally and it was very clean inside and out. I was informed of proper thirty day care of the vehicle as well as the lifetime warranty of the repair work. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collison.

Outstanding, timely service + follow up. Had my moms car repaired here. Robert Carter was really accommodating + made sure collision + another minor repair were done on time. Really honest about cost too. Will have wife's windshield repair done here too!

I was most pleased with the service my car and I received. The estimator that I dealt with, Francisco Sanchez, was very patient and understanding as we went through the whole process. The person who hit my car was paying for the repair rather than filing an insurance clain, which I assume would make things easier. It did not but thanks to francisco patience and willingness to cooperate, everything worked out fine. My car looks great. The damages were, of course, repaired and the paint job they did was fantastic. My car is 16 years old so matching the paint probably wasnt the easiest thing to do. I was impressed, too, with the entire staff, from the gals behind the desk to the guys out in the shop. Initially I was most impressed with the patience and understanding Francisco Sanchez, Estimator/Collion Advisor, extended to me during the whole process from the initial estimate through final completion and satisfaction of the work performed. This was a situation where the person who hit my car wanted to pay for the damages as opposed to putting a claim through the insurance company. This approach turned out to be far more taxing then I would have expected but Franciso was there to reassure me that everything would work out. And then I got my car back. What a wonderful job then did not only with the repair but with painting. My husband, the guys at the parking garage are all really impressed, as am I. Unfortunately, I had to visit gerber again this month. But just as the first time, service was impeccable! They took care of every problem that arose promptly and the car once again looks as if it came right off the line. Great job and my thanks for the team at Gerber!

I have only great things to say about my experience at Gerber. The people were professional and courteous, and my repair service was quick and thorough. Gerber even fixed a loose plastic panel at no extra charge. I also had several update calls, so I knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle. In addition, Gerber made dealing with the insurance company and the rental car company a seamless transaction. I hope I don't ever need collision repair again, but if I do, I will definitely take me vehicle to Gerber to take advantage of their superior service and lifetime guarantee.
