My car was in the shop for a collision repair for several days. Each day I would receive text messages updating me on the status of the car. Not once did I feel neglected. gerber is next door to sutton ford,where i am service manager. they always are helpful with estimates and repairs,and bailed me out big time yesterday with a problem customer who blamed our car wash for pulling loose her already damaged front bumper cover. they re-attached cover in less than 20 minutes for No Charge! this made all involved extremely happy. Thank You Team Gerber!
