I had great experience a few years ago when I brought my car in for repair. Recently my car needs some work, and Gerber. I was VERY happy with the quality of service received and level of professionalism. These guys are simply AWESOME!!! I would definitely (w)recommend them to all my friends and family members.

Don, Romeo, Crystal were all fabulous! Winning team! Considering the circumstances that brought me to them, they made it a positive experience. Communication was second to none. Never too busy to answer my questions, and I had plenty! You have develpoed a superior team and should be very proud of them. My brand new car was rear-ended. Gerber was recommended by the insurance company for the person who hit me. It was very conveniently located. They stayed in contact with me throughout the process of repair with reasonable timetables. When I picked up my care, ahead of schedule, it was beautiful. It looked and drove like a brand new car again.

Just got my car back today, got a new front bumper, fog lamp, and a couple other small things. The car looks great, and I couldn't even tell where the car was damaged. I dealt with Romeo for the most part, and he was helpful and kept me updated throughout the process.

I find their service to be exceptional, and I felt as though the work the was done on my vehicle was outstanding. "I was exceptionally pleased with the service provided to me - viz: Everyone I came in contact with was courteous, friendly, and thoroughly professional - even going so far as to have a rental car ready for me, offering me a ride home if I needed one, and doing excellent repair work on my car at a very reasonable price. I also saved a considerable amount of money because I paid for the work "out of pocket" thereby avoiding an automobile insurance surcharge and not losing my "safe driver" discount. It was a genuine pleasure to have done business with these people!"

I am very happy with my recent overall experience at Gerber. My State Farm agent recommended them and they were very helpful. Mandy at the front desk was a breath of fresh air, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Chris and John keep me informed regarding my car repair status, progression and details of the repairs. It was a stressful time following the collision I was involved in and I am happy to say that ALL the workers at this shop helped me in different ways. When I arrived I was treated with respect, humor and goodwill. I was shown the damage tfound and led through the repair process they would embark upon. This attention to detail and my well being was and still is appreciated. I will recommend Gerber to others and will reiterate to them my wonderful, customer orientated, human, and caring treatment I was shown and truely enjoyed!

She answered all my questions and was not pushy or too busy to speak with me. She had genuine personal interest and made me feel comfortable leaving my car even though I was never at Gerber before.
