Alexis Santana was my estimator. He was very helpful with my car repair. He spotted damage missed from another accident. He put in extra time/work to direct me in contacting the insurance and body shop responsible for the previous accident to have the issue resolve. Gerber did a great shop fixing the damage on my bumper. Alexis was very professional and friendly. I would recommend Alexis and Gerber to people in the future. Great service!

I would like to commend Jim Heitzman on his excellent customer service from start to finish. His unassuming, kind manner, made me trust the company right away. His efforts to reduce the cost, made me feel he had me, the customer in mind foremost. He was friendly, sensitive and knowlegeable. He is a guy you might want to keep an eye on. He is someone who has the customer's best interest at heart. He took his time in explaining everything to me. I hope his hard work is rewarded. I'll never forget Romans 8.1. Thanks Jim, may you be rewarded 100 fold for your kindness.

From the moment I arrived for my initial repair assessment all the through all of the needed repairs were done on my 2011 Elantra the service was top notch. I was given a daily update either with a phone call or a text message. Don was especially helpful and easy to reach whenever I needed to call about my car.

Mr. Satzke, Good afternoon. My name is Martin Smith and I brought my '09 Chevy Aveo to your facility in Schaumburg a little over a month ago. I was wowed by the customer service. Everyone communicated to me very well and the attitudes/personality of everyone I dealt with was exceptional. Bob very helpful and kept me in the loop during the entire process. The ladies at the front were just as helpful whenever I called in. I hope I never have to be in the same situation again, but I know if something happens to my vehicle, I will take it to Cars Collision Center and know my vehicle is in good hands with Bob and his crew.

I have been extremely happy with the costumer service and results of my car. Each employee knew me by name, communicated with my insurance company and rental car company, updated me daily about the progress of my car and produced quality results. I recommend this location and will be using them again in the future, if needed. Thank you for all your work Gerber!

I had a painless experience with Gerber, spearheaded by Fransisco. I am satisfied with the quality of the repair, the price of the repair, and the timeline on which the car was repaired. This was my second time using Gerber, and I plan on returning the next time I need body or glass work.
