He was very involved, passionate, honest and Square with all his dealing toward resolving a significant problem that I was having after my Convertible-Ford Mustang was fixed at this facility. I had Gerber do my collision repair and they did a "Fantastic" job. They provide the best customer service I have experienced. They provided daily updates to keep me aprised of the status of my vehicle. When I picked my car up it looked as good as the day I bought it. I would highly recomment them to anyone who needs a professional collision service.

Great job but customer service ,I just have to say the work was incredible the paint job was awesome.My Truck look s grate . The workers get 7 stars the front staff 5 stars.The General Manager Matt Henneken was a grate Manager to work With. Thank You Matt.

Great work!! The office stayed in contact with me whenever my status changed, they set me up with my rental right away and explained the work that was performed as soon as I came in to pick up my vehicle. Not to mention, the work was finished BEFORE my promised date on a short week because of the holiday. Overall, great experience - except, of course, having to come in because of the wreck

I caught my bumper on a tall curb and partially pulled it off the car. I took it in for an estimate, fully expecting to need a new bumper, but they took a look at it and were able to basically snap it back into place! A month later, a piece was dragging from my under carriage. I took it back, again expecting to need a new bumper, but it was just broken clips that they hadn't seen the first time. So they replaced the clips and sent me on my way. They could have told me I needed a whole new bumper, but they recognized that it wasn't necessary and saved me the time and money. I really appreciate it. :)

As usual the work is perfect and it looks like there was never a collision. The customer service is excellent! Everyone who helped me was courteous and knowledgable. From the front desk, where the papers are always ready and the rental car is booked for me, to the excellent care given my vehicle. I appreciated getting calls and text updates. The texts were funny. The car wash and interior shampoo were a wonderful added touch. Thank you for being consistently reliable! I hope I won't need you again, but if my windshield gets showered with rocks from a truck or it has another boo boo, we'll see you again. :) God bless you! LaVerne

I could not be more pleased with the service that I received at Gerber. Every person I had contact with was friendly and professional. My Estimator, Concetta Hutton, went above and beyond the call in helping me through my car's repair. She kept me well informed every step of the way. And my car? It looks fantastic. You could never tell it had been damaged. The great car wash (interior and exterior) was much appreciated. I would highly Wreck-ommend Gerber.
