Our estimator, Concetta H, was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about our Toyota Avalon. She kept me informed of the progress being made on the repairs to the car. She gave us an estimated time when the car should be completed and it was completed on that day. I would recommend anyone that need repairs to their car to go to Gerber and request Ms. Hutton to be their estimator. I am very please with the paint and repair job performed on my car.

Terrific service, couldn't have asked for nicer individuals to work with. Offered to take me home when I dropped the vehicle off and called to ask if I needed pick up service when the vehicle was ready. Also arranged to take to interior car cleaning service and had the interior cleaned for me. The repair was awesome, never know anything happened. I had three estimates and chose Gerber more for the way I was treated when I came in, not so much the cost difference from the other two estimates. Will definitely refer to family and friends when/if needed. Thank you!!

I am so completely happy with the way I was treated and the workmanship done by Gerber, I would highly recommend this company to everyone. If you want a quality job done on your vehicle this is the place. Jonathon and Jason were absolutely fantastic they did exactly what they promised and then some, my car looks brand new. Kudos to you.

I was in an accident on 9/13 brought my car the next day to Gerber and had it back two weeks later. Had to replace the whole back end of my vehicle, I picked it up this morning and looks brand new. The people at this location were great, I received a call from Sam on Tuesdays and Thursdays to keep me up to date on repairs I did not have to bother them. If GOD forbid I ever get into an accident again I would not hesitate going back to Gerber and I would highly recommend them to anyone. One of the best things is because they were talking to a woman they did not talk down to me like most places would. Thank you Gerber.

The technicians at Gerber did excellent work on the repair of damage to my car. I was hit by another driver and Gerber was given her insurance since she was a fault. Her insurance company decided to deny the claim and I had to use my insurance. This was not a problem and Gerber handled the change of insurance without a problem. The repair is invisible and I am very happy with the results. Alice called to update me regularly on the progress of the repair. The insurance adjuster (Peter Callaway) who looked at my car initially for the estimate was very professional and polite. I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass.
