My wife and I were extremely happy with the repairs made to our 2005 Toyota Solara by the Matteson Illinois Gerber team. Throughout the entire process from the moment we brought the car into this Gerber location the Estimator Casey Krivanec and General Manager Mario Pereira proceeded professionally and personally to explain the process and steps that would be taken to perform a top notch repair on our car. They both provided weekly updates on the progress of the repairs. When I went in to discuss the process my questions were handled and answers by other members of the staff. This is truly a first class repair shop that I would recommend to anyone without hesitation. Service was excellent . Hieu Le, my contact, did a wonderful job of keeping me apprised of my car's repair status. He explained everything thoroughly and went out of his way to make sure all the details of the repair were attended to. The receptionist was also extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend Gerber to anyone.
