I was very happy with the customer service I received while my car was being fixed at Gerber. The staff at Gerber Collision was amazing - very friendly and helped me with dealing with the insurance comany because USAA was denying liability. I felt like I had someone fighting on my side and it just reassured me that there are good people out there trying to help others. The staff handled everything from talking with the insurance company to fixing my car and sending me updates about the repairs. I was informed at every step along the way. It was the best the experience i had a body shop. The job the staff did on my car was great. i had someone back into my car and damage my rear bumper. My experience here was superior--excellent service, pleasant people, quick maintenance and as my husband & I (unfortunately) have been here many times--the employees here have made the ordeal as pleasant as possible. Definitely, a "10" rating.

I am very pleased with the results I received from this location. Jennifer was very helpful getting things lined up and in order and scheduled. No complaints, everyone was friendly and accommodating. Hopefully I won't have to use them again, but if necessary, they are my first choice. I was pleasantly surprised how clean my car was INSIDE and out. Thank you very much Gerber's.

as always, my 2nd time here for a repair. I even recommended my dad to come get his vehicle repaired here when my mom got into a minor accident. they did a great job an always kept me informed of the progress. an my car again looked brand new! they went above an beyond an met our standards an im so glad I got my car back lookin like a new car! thank you gerber :) everyone was very nice and courteous an friendly a place that has great customer service! I do not want another accident or hit another pole however accidents do happen an if we have another one or if I know someone who gets into one I will go bak to gerber an recommend gerber to anyone!

Car was involved in a minor parking lot collision. The only visible damage was a plastic piece buckled. Marci went far beyond the call of duty and offered to take the car in and pop the piece out. The young lad that backed into the car will be mighty happy that there was no damage, and the more mature owner of the car is quite impressed with this extraordinary service.

I was extremely happy with the service I recieved from Gerber. Conchetta H handled my claim. she was very informative, and kept me updated on the progress of my repairs with several phone calls. I appreciated that. The person working the front counter at the Halsted address was a Woman named Jenna, and she too was a huge help with my situation. My repairs were done quickly, and whomever did the body work did an incredible job. The car looks great! I will finish by saying that with employees like Conchetta and Jenna, Gerber cannot go wrong. to say I was happy with the service would be an understatement! Thank you.

I have been in sales for 30 years and take customer service very seriously .Andrew R and the rest of the team were all very friendly, professional and the prices are very resonable and the work was done quickly. Bob Gerber and his team at the Chicago Loop location did a fantastic job fixing my wife's car after it was hit by a commercial truck while parked. They completed an inspection and estimate within hours after the accident occurred and called me immediately, and they fixed everything quickly--the car looks better than new. We'd previously used Gerber for glass repair--they did a great job with that too--but I'm glad my insurance company recommended I use Gerber.

The customer service and repair service received was outstanding. This is the second time this year I have had my car repaired and the people there are great. They went above and beyond to work with the insurance company on my rental car as I was out of town when the car was done and the insurance company wanted to charge me. My car looks amazing!
