Gerber Collision & Glass I would recommend to anyone. The Customer Service is excellent and they keep you updated on the repairs that are being done to your car. They do great work and they have life time warranty and your car is repair in a timely manner. Over all Gerber Collision & Glass is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff at Gerber were very friendly from the start. This was my first time dealing with auto body repair, and was a little lost, but everyone walked me through the process, step by step. A week later, I've received my car back, and it's running as good as new. I'm incredibly pleased with the work that was done, and will definitely be bringing my car back again.

We brought the car in for warranty work on a repair that Gerber did for us 5 years ago. They really stood by their warranty, and did a spectacular job courteously and right on schedule. Service could not be better. Highly recommend.

Thankfully I rarely use a body shop. Matt and the team here did a great job on my rather smacked up Highlander. Matt explained what needed to be done, and what the timeframe would be. The vehicle was repaired within the timeframe. The office staff ( don't know her name ) was polite , helpful, and know how to run the coffee machine. I hope I don't have to choose a body shop again, but if I do I will return here. Rich

The women that dealt with me met me immediately as I walked in. She was courteous and knew her stuff. She brought me out to inspect the repair. She gave me instructions on what to do as far as washing the repaired bumper with the new paint. I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience.

This was my third experience working with Raul. He is professional & courteous. Your shop recently did a perfect job both on my Mom's brand new Lexus as well as my new Audi. I picked up the Audi yesterday and the whole process start to finish was very smooth and easy. He communicatred well and delivered as promised in a timely manner. The car was cleaned and washed when I picked it up. I would use your shop again and send friends and family directly to work with Raul. I like to have a relationship with someone I trust to get the job done. 3 X a charm!

I was extremely pleased with the repair of my 2012 Ford Focus. Going in for an estimate, bringing my car back for the repair and picking it up all went so smoothly. I was totally impressed with the service I received from the front desk receptionist (believe her name is June?) and the estimator, Greg H. The whole experience went extremely thanks to your employees. You are fortunate to have them.

I chose to go to Gerber in Round Lake Il to have my Jeep Commander fixed. My family has taken 2 of their cars there and have absolutely loved how they looked when they were finished. I am very happy with the service that we received from the time we dropped it off till the time we picked it up. My car looks fantastic & I will recommend to all my friends and family to take their cars there. Gerber Collision did an AMAZING job on my car! I have a 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix, and they treated it like it was a high end car. They not only fixed the problem that brought me there, but they completely cleaned it inside and out. My car has never looked so good! I never had to wonder how the progress was going because they sent me a text message every other day to tell me how the repairs were going.
