Dawn and Joe at the Crystal Lake location were absolutely wonderful. I am just "wowed" at the level of professionalism, thoroughness, and customer service they provided me. They provided me with a quote on the spot, and when it came time to fixing the damage to my door, they got in done in half of the time. They kept me posted on status updates along the way as well. They made me feel at ease and assured everything will be okay. And it was. Thank you Dawn and Joe so much for your service!

I came into the shop with a unique problem and the staff and technicians came up with the best solution for my needs. From the first phone call to the time I picked up my car the everyone was remarkable - the women running the front office in particular were extremely helpful and friendly. Having one's car out of commission can be a stressful ordeal but everyone here helped to lessen the blow and I knew I was in good hands. When I picked up my car, I was absolutely FLOORED at the quality of the body work - it was masterful! True artists. Thank you to everyone at Gerber, Evanston! Keep up the outstanding work!!

Had the pleasure of being taken care of by Bob. He was a true professional and updated me on my repairs regularly. He took excellent care of my wife's brand new Q5 after it was vandalized. Minor delays due to insurance misquotes but not GERBERS fault. The work was great and the car was nice and clean when my wife picked it up. Thank you Bob!

Great service; great personnel; friendly; courteous. Had a great experience, if one can have a great experience getting a car repaired!!! I was told if I had my car in my 8 (could drop off the night before, which was very convenient) I would have it by 5. Sure enough I had a call at 3, by Matt, saying my car could be picked up at 4. How awesome is that...PLUS...$100 off since I did not need a loaner and was not going through insurance. IN ADDITION my car was washed...wheels were shiny...mats have never looked so good...interior was so clean...Would DEFINITELY recommend to someone. Thanks!!

Well for starter some person broke my windshield and i called gerber and this most incredible handsome gentleman came out to fix my car in the bitter cold. He was professional installer humber polite and explain the ins and outs also whats not to do after installing my glass so thanks u gerber glass and thank god for sending that glass tech out.* mr r.

I called a Gerber shop that was close to my house...the woman on the other line was not as friendly and helpful as I would have liked. So, I called the Gerber on Southwest Highway in Orland Park and the person who answered the phone, Patricia, was very nice and helpful. I decided to take my car there to get service. They were so helpful throughout the entire process and made it easy on me! The estimator I worked with, Casey, was also great and personable! I would recommend them to anyone! Very professional - my car was even cleaned on the inside when I picked it up. My only complaint is the rental car - it was not clean on the inside and smelled like smoke. I called Enterprise about this and I'm still waiting for a call back.
