I want to compliment your staff at the LaGrange location for their professionalism and excellent customer service this week in fixing damage to my 2006 Nissan Sentra. Estimator Chris Menos did a very good job in assisting me through the entire repair process with Gerber. He assisted me with regular updates on the progress of the repair and took time to explain every step. He is an asset to your team and should be commended for his work. Another great job by Gerber. My car looks brand new & smells nice too. My March 14 & 17 ETA days for work to be completed, turns out to be just two days "March 12" WOW!!!. Raul & Madison "sorry if the names are spell wrong". Kept me updated everyday with texts and phones calls, so when they found another defect I was not upset. But to still complete job days before earliest ETA was awesome. There should be a 30 stars rate for Gerber. I will strongly recommend Gerber for auto repairs.
