The service I received was excellent, from start to finish. The agent explained to me very clearly what the damage to my car was. I was able to schedule the repair at a time that was convenient for me. the employees in the office were very courteous and helpful at all times. The repair was completed on time, and the car looks great, I would grade Gerber an A plus!!!

I often don't write feedback (positive or negative) due to the time constraints (we all have so little time these days, not just me of course). However, I am making an exception here for very good reason. I had the pleasure of working with Jesus R on two different times at your Halsted location in Chicago. His level of service and professionalism was so outstanding that I felt a strong need to take the time to let you know. He was friendly, well spoken and does excellent quality work (fast). They kept me informed daily about progress on my car - and the car was completed even before they promised it. Really nice, friendly staff. And they did a beautiful job.
