My husband and I have used this facility for years to get our insurance work done and each time our experience has been great. The work is done beautifully; the employees are knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. The wait to for the work to be completed is with in range of expected. The power was out when I dropped the car off, no one knew when it would be restored. Also, Joe informed me that their paint shop was 4 days behind due to a fan bearing burning out. So I was expecting my repair to take well beyond the 3 days initially estimated. But I was very pleasantly surprised that I got a call exactly 3 days later that my car was done. Apparently several people there worked extra hours to catch up, thanks for the dedication!! I had some paint scratches on the other side of the car (non-accident side) and Joe was kind enough to buff most of those out for me and give me advice on how to put paint on the few that were left. Joe was also very helpful in advising how to remove the oxidation from headlight lens.
