My service representative Don was very professional and courteous. He explained the complete process to me concerning the repair of my car and when I had any questions he answered it with absolute professionalism. My car was repaired to its normal conditions and for that I'm very satisfied.

The service I received was excellent, from start to finish. The agent explained to me very clearly what the damage to my car was. I was able to schedule the repair at a time that was convenient for me. the employees in the office were very courteous and helpful at all times. The repair was completed on time, and the car looks great, I would grade Gerber an A plus!!!

I often don't write feedback (positive or negative) due to the time constraints (we all have so little time these days, not just me of course). However, I am making an exception here for very good reason. I had the pleasure of working with Jesus R on two different times at your Halsted location in Chicago. His level of service and professionalism was so outstanding that I felt a strong need to take the time to let you know. He was friendly, well spoken and does excellent quality work (fast).
