The power was out when I dropped the car off, no one knew when it would be restored. Also, Joe informed me that their paint shop was 4 days behind due to a fan bearing burning out. So I was expecting my repair to take well beyond the 3 days initially estimated. But I was very pleasantly surprised that I got a call exactly 3 days later that my car was done. Apparently several people there worked extra hours to catch up, thanks for the dedication!! I had some paint scratches on the other side of the car (non-accident side) and Joe was kind enough to buff most of those out for me and give me advice on how to put paint on the few that were left. Joe was also very helpful in advising how to remove the oxidation from headlight lens. Using Gerber services for repairing collision damage to my car was very convenient, easy, and very little hassle. Estimate was quick. They completed all transactions with the insurance company making it easy for me. They provided timely updates via phone calls and texts messaging, Rental car services were provided seamlessly at their location. And the completed work was well done.

LOVED THEM!!!! Customer Service was excellent. Josh was fantastic, my car was done in one day, very fast. Compared to the 4 days the dealer was telling me. They do send updated texts, just overall a great company. Anything you need repaired please go to them.. You will be happy that you did. If anything body wise goes wrong with my car... I will DEFIANTLY be back..
