After dropping off my car for repair and then they called me and said that it would take a few more days and parts needed to be ordered, I went ballistic on them and was not very nice. By the way, I am very ashamed of myself. They ended up getting parts and repair work done only 4 days after scheduled originally. They were always extremely pleasant to me evan though I was very rude to them. I picked my car up after hours when no one was around. It was beautiful. I think they must have detailed it. So my experience with them is awesome. I would highly recommend them and by the way I am going to call them tomorrow when they open, express by appreciation and apologize for my rude behavior .

Excellent service. The team provided prompt estimates and options to repair my hood. I opted to have the hood repaited after the rust was removed and sealed. The newly painted hood matches the existing paint color perfectly.

Wonderful shop with knowledgeable staff that explains in detail what needs to be repaired and the work is superb. I have recommended this shop to family ,coworkers, and friends and is the only shop that I will continue to use if I ever need them again for repairs. They are the best!

Took my car to Gerber for a back bumper mishap on my part. I was thinking how much it was going to cost me to fix but Gerber said , "no problem" and popped the bumper back in place for no charge! So pleased with their customer service!
