Dana N. and Rachel were outstanding in helping me with my service needs! They were polite, organized and attentive and Dana even stopped traffic to help me get out of the parking lot!!! Now that is service! Gerber also did a very nice job on my car and I was very please with the service all around. I would (and will) use them again in the future!

I just HAD to write a review because my experience with Gerber Collision was incredible! Dana helped me from start to finish. She was quick, efficient, knew her stuff and made sure that my car looked like new when I picked it up. They even had it finished before the time that was estimated. All of the staff and employees were just nice people. Very friendly place and atmosphere. Thanks again, Dana :-)

Not only was everyone extremely professional, but they were kind! I felt well informed all of the time on the status of my car and could always reach someone with questions. Staff went out of their way to ensure that the car was fixed perfectly and then took the extra step to deliver it to my home and pick up the rental when I could not make it out there. I am more than satisfied with my treatment. I will recommend them highly to colleagues and friends. I dealt with Tom mostly, he couldn't have been more helpful. A huge thank you for the delivery service!
